Your involvement is important. Take the time to learn about the opportunities we present, ask questions, and consider how they align with your career goals and personal values. We're here to guide you, and your active participation is crucial in finding the right fit for you.

3. We’re Your Go-To Partner

We’re excited to represent you in your job search, and we want to avoid any confusion or overlap. To avoid conflicts, please keep track of the positions and organizations you have applied to independently. Flatsix Technologies will act as your exclusive representative for the opportunities we discuss with you. You must not authorize any other agency to submit your resume for the same position with the same client. Should multiple agencies submit your application, it could result in your disqualification from the process.

4. Patience and Professionalism

Finding the perfect role can take time, and you might be one of several candidates being considered. We’re committed to keeping you in the loop throughout the process. Please communicate directly with your Flatsix representative, as we are your point of contact with our clients. Reaching out to them directly might unintentionally disrupt the process.
